The good we do is not to earn our salvation, nor is it to become good enough to be saved. The right response to God’s love and Jesus’ sacrifice is to bear fruit. To live a life of response to the sacrifice. To live a life of appreciation of the love. To live a life that sacrificially points people to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
