Endure with Jesus for the unbound Word and the reward.

1. Endure with Jesus.

a. Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead.

i. The pattern of suffering for the mission of God.

2. Endure with Jesus for the UNBOUND WORD.

a. Isaiah 40:8
8 The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.

b. Suffering is the means to the mission.

3. Endure with Jesus for the REWARD.

a. The salvation of the elect.

4. A hymn of endurance.

a. If we have died with Him, we will also live with Him.

b. If we endure [with Him], we will also reign with Him.

c. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.

d. If we are faithless, He remains faithful - for He cannot deny Himself.
