When you surrender your life to Jesus, you become a new creation. As a new creation in Christ the following happens:
1. Spirit - Our spirit is made alive in Christ. We pass from spiritual death to life and from darkness to light. Our spirits are completely sanctified from the penalty of sin.
2. Soul - Our mind, will and emotions begin a progressive sanctification. Where there are areas of bondage, we need to be set free.
3. Body - Our bodies remain mortal but become temples of the Holy Spirit. There will be a day when we will receive a glorified body.

Triggered: This is the medical definition often used for people that suffer from PTSD experiencing a strong emotional reaction of fear, shock, anger or worry, especially because you are made to remember something bad that has happened in the past: feelings or memories associated with a particular traumatic experience.
Triggered (Slang): The slang usage of the word is often spoken of in a relationally destructive way to silence those who desire to engage in serious conversations about specific issues personally or in the world; or in a demeaning way to those that have any emotional response to politics, media or people; you are suddenly deemed a “triggered” crybaby.

God has a desire to set you free from the past, because a past that is not reconciled to God will have the ability to forfeit the future that God has planned for your life.

Some things to consider as you ask The Holy Spirit to help you recognize where iniquities may be in your family:
~ How did your family resolve conflict?
~ How did your family handle money?
~ The way your parents treated each other - Father/Mother or Mother/Father
~ Attitudes towards children; all of those things.

The first step in breaking iniquities is:
1.Take responsibility for your behavior
2 Corinthians 3:17-18 ESV “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of
