Why don’t we experience victory all the time?

Satan has come to devour and destroy! Satan's goal is to stop God's creation from having a relationship with Him.

It is not the people of our planet.

It is not nature – God declared it good.

World = kosmos, orderly arrangement
“conventional wisdom”
“political correctness”
“the good life.”

This world is warped by sin. (Lust of flesh, lust of eyes, pride of life.)

The flesh is our inherited predisposition to do sin.

This means we do not need the devil in order to sin.

You can see through the __________ of this world.

You can see through the __________ of this world and experience victory.

You can adjust your sight and resist the enemy.

We have been given __________.

We are free because we are in Christ, under His authority, operating in His power given to us!!

Faith starts the miracle of new birth.

Salvation in Christ concludes at His return.

We need the here and now miracle.
