Journey Groups
Journey Groups and Wednesday dinners start back up this week. Dinner will be, as always, from 5:15pm to 6:30pm. Thank you Alison - we love you! Journey Groups will be from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Good Friday Service
Friday, April 7 | 7pm | A time of remembrance and reflection upon our Lord’s death. We will start the service as one body with a time of singing and communion. Our kids will then be dismissed to the Children's Center and the adults and youth will transition to a Tenebrae service, a service of shadows.
New Sermon Series
Again this year we are joining in with the Nazarene prayer initiative, Call to Prayer, from now until Pentecost. In addition to Pastor Ken preaching on it on Sundays, there is also a prayer journal and other information on the Nazarene Prayer site, https://www.usacanadaregion.org/pray
Usher Team
Those kind people who hold the door open when you have to quietly exit the sanctuary during prayer and find a seat for you when you are a teensy bit late are looking to add some more people to their team. Ideally, they are looking to have enough ushers to run a rotation of one month on and two months off. Contact the office if this sounds like a job for you. (As we draw closer to two services, these pleas for help will be more forthcoming. In this job there is no changing diapers or dealing with surly teens. Volunteer for this one.)
Middle School RIOT
Friday, April 21 | 7-10pm | It's almost time for another RIOT! This month’s theme is “Night at the Movies.” Come dressed as your favorite movie character. Cost as always: boys bring a drink; girls bring a snack!
Run & Fun Community Playgroup
Friday, April 21 | 9:30-11am | Adults of preschoolers, invite your friends and come chat while your kids run around the gym and make friends of their own.
