James 1:27 (ESV) Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

FAITH WORKS IN WHEN YOU:

1. LOOK UP

Mark 6:13 (ESV) They also drove out many demons and healed many of the sick, anointing them with oil.

Titus 1:6-9 (ESV) If anyone is above reproach, the husband of one wife, and his children are believers and not open to the charge of debauchery or insubordination. 7 For an overseer [elder], as God's steward, must be above reproach. 2. LOOK WITHIN

1 Corinthians 12:24b,25-26 (ESV) But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, 25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may
have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.

3. LOOK FOR RESTORATION

James 1:7-8 (ESV) For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

1 Kings 18:21 (ESV) Elijah went before the people and said, “How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him.”

Galatians 6:1 (ESV) Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently.
