The Price Of The Anointing - Class 2
The Importance of great leaders to teach the anointing, the price you pay for the anointing

This world is in a mess, and there is a need for great women and men who have the anointing. But there is not enough hunger to see many miracles;

Kenneth Copeland; when at this church said; “You would pull preach out of a stump, why? We were hungry for the things of God, Hunger will cause miracles to happen. The need of proper order, commitedness, appreciating the gift of a Pastor, and receiving when God offers things. Kenneth Hagin taught repetition, and teach people to create an atmosphere of hunger and you will see miracles.

Exodus 32:25 Moses saw that the people were out of control, for Aaron had let them run wild and become a laughingstock to their enemies.

Jeremiah 5:5 (KJV) I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.

So I will go to the leaders and speak to them; surely they know the way of the Lord, the requirements of their God.

Great men; "Great men" are those who read and interpret the Scriptures and learn from them the nature of the judgments of God

Known the way; the direction I send them

Broken; the mistakes they made, to destroy the thing they are in bondage to,

Burst; broken off bondage’s the things that bring you down.

Isaiah 9:4a (KJV) For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor

The Gospel of the grace: by following great men and leaders, not just trying to know them after the flesh, to know their mantle, gift of a Pastor
• the FATHER'S work of love, Eph 1:3 Changing us delivering us, redemption
• choosing us to holiness Eph 1:4;
• to accept us by son-ship Eph 1:5;
• Eph 1:7; knowledge of the mystery of His will
• Eph 1:9; an inheritance, Eph 1:11
• HOLY SPIRIT, Eph 1:13 sealing us, the guarantee of salvation, giving earnest inheritance
The importance of the 5 fold ministry;

Romans 1:11 (KJV) For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; Amp; the impartation is to strengthen you in a gift, and establish you

1 Corinthians 12:4-11 (KJV) Now there are diversities of gifts, diversities of operations,
differences of administrations, there are diversities of operations, the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit. [get a benefit out of]
all given by the Spirit; word of wisdom; word of knowledge, faith, the gifts of healing by the
To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; different kinds of tongues; interpretation of tongues:

Amp.; I am yearning to see you so I may impart and share with you some spiritual gift that will establish you

Jesus said; I am praying for you that your faith won’t fail, then when you get it strengthen others

Luke 22:32 (KJV) But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

In the world we live in right now; you need a plan from God; You need a mentor for a future call

1. The cost for the call; Ed Dufresene sold his house so he might have the money to attend meetings

2. The 5 fold are to assist and aid the Pastoral office, it is not the most powerful office, but it is the most important office because it is

THE PASTOR WHO OVERSEES THE DAILY WELFARE OF THE SHEEP, you must honor those who are over you in the Lord

Matthew 9:36 (KJV) When he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.

Fainted; to be weak, inadequate, lacking boldness, loss of necessary things that cause one to lose conscience due to distress, pass out from weakness, physical pain, or emotional stress.

It doesn’t say they fainted or scattered because of an apostle, or a prophet, or a teacher but because they didn’t have a Pastor;
• We need to; Show honor to those over you
• All those ministries add to the body, but each one will tell you to hook into a local church to grow up into a powerful member of the body
• The pastor or preacher assist, train, and oversee, without one you will suffer greatly

But being with a man of God doesn’t guarantee you will fulfill what God’s vision is for you;
• Judas was a good example

Jeremiah 9:3 "They bend their tongues like bows; lies prevail over truth in the land. For they proceed from evil to evil, and they do not take Me into account," declares the LORD.

The Pastor’s office is not the only way; books, and internet searches from different ministries, but without proper impartation, you will be lacking!!

• Pastors impart spiritual gifts and are like a Father, those men & leaders that teach you

1 Corinthians 4:14-15 (MSG) I'm not writing all this as a neighborhood scold just to make you feel rotten. I'm writing as a father to you, my children. I love you and want you to grow up well, not spoiled. There are a lot of people around who can't wait to tell you what you've done wrong, but there aren't many fathers willing to take the time and effort to help you grow up. It was as Jesus helped me proclaim God's Message to you that I became your father.

[Though you have 10,000 instructors, you don’t have many Fathers]

We must have to be careful we don’t see them after the flesh;

1. We don’t have to spend all day with them in a private session, just being in an anointed service we glean from the things we need to grow up

2. It will accelerate your walk

3. It is possible to get behind spiritually when we don’t attend and invest

4. Remember the cost for Elisha to do his ministry, he had to leave behind his business, his family, and life as he knew it

You do everything to help them fulfill his call, and things are imparted to you for yours

Acts 26:19 (KJV) I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
[disobedient; unwilling to submit to authority]

Paul said: I am ready to be offered
[my life poured out; Greek, "For I am already being offered"; as a libation; like the shedding of his blood. Every sacrifice began with an initiatory libation, a religious ceremony of wine being poured out in honor of God] to stimulate Timothy to faithfulness -- the departure and final blessedness of Paul; it is the end that crowns the work he was called to do;

Do his service -- Greek, "priest's ministration"

I have finished my course; Greek; to fulfill a debt owed, race or job, career or calling

Kept my faith; consistency, to be and faithful, concluded my call and held it together, retain the shape, was steadfast, and loyal, keep alliance by being a faithful employee. Greater consecration by becoming mature, not preoccupied with worldly things.

Acts 26:16-18 (MSG) But now, up on your feet—I have a job for you. I've handpicked you to be a servant and witness to what's happened today, and to what I am going to show you. " 'I'm sending you off to open the eyes of the outsiders so they can see the difference between dark and light, and choose light, see the difference between Satan and God, and choose God. I'm sending you off to present my offer of sins forgiven, and a place in the family, inviting them into the company of those who begin real living by believing in me.'

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 (KJV) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

Greek; Bring every thought into captivity so you can fulfill your obedience in your call

5. The mental arena is Satan’s arena; he tries to draw you into your thought life to figure things out

6. He uses suggestions, bombarding our thoughts, threatening’s you’re too far gone, there is no hope

7. If Satan can get you in your thoughts or the mental arena he can whip you

8. A Pastor's job is to help you to be skillful in not yielding to the strategy of mentally trying to figure things out. TO DISCIPLINE YOUR THOUGHT LIFE.

9. By hearing the Word on a continual basis is wisdom, becoming diligent and faithful

Solomon learned; Prosperity, Honor, and a long life are tied to getting wisdom;

1 Kings 3:12-14 (MSG) I'll give you what you've asked for—I'm giving you a wise and mature heart. There's never been one like you before; and there'll be no one after.
13 As a bonus, I'm giving you both the wealth and glory you didn't ask for—there's not a king anywhere who will come up to your mark.
14 And if you stay on course, keeping your eye on the life-map and the God-signs as your father David did, I'll also give you a long life."

God moves with a purpose; He isn’t random in the way He does things;

• He brings revelation, breaks off yokes, heals bodies, refreshes us, gives divine impartations

• A lack of response is what keeps us from receiving what the preacher says

• God will never lead you to only be a spectator

Football; 2 groups of people; spectators, and participators.

1. Participators; get out on the field; applying real effort, and working it

2. Spectators sit on the sidelines, watching and enjoying others working hard to win

3. You must be in the game to get the benefits

4. God will never lead you to be a spectator

God will do no miracles where the people are not hungry, and not participating in the work

When we respond to God and the altar call we invite the power of God to work for us;

5. So many miss out because they sit and watch, they don’t respond to the Spirit moving

Ephesians 4:30 (MSG) Don't grieve God. Don't break his heart. His Holy Spirit, moving and breathing in you, is the most intimate part of your life, making you fit for himself. Don't take such a gift for granted.

Ephesians 4:30-31 (KJV) And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

Not moving when He says move grieves Him; We need to be taught to respond to Holy Spirit

Ex; 2 women were in services, words of knowledge were being called out for healing, but when the call was made...who is hurting with arthritis? Stand up. Come to the front and you will get healed. They didn’t respond, just sat there. They were embarrassed and afraid of what others would say so they kept their mouth shut. Then after the meeting, they told the speaker it was me, I am fighting arthritis.
But the anointing had lifted so they got prayed for but no healing.

You must respond to the speaker, who God is using. The one who is trying to invest in your life.

Don’t be so preoccupied with self that you miss what God is offering.

If you ignore God when He speaks you show disrespect and you get nothing.

Mark 6:4 (KJV) Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

Jesus could not do many miracles because they didn’t honor Him, so He cursed those cities. There were no moves of the Spirit in those cities after that.

Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit by not coming, not responding to His offers, and appreciate the gift of the Pastor when he hears from God on what to do, and where God wants to lead you.
