COMMUNION STATIONS • CCE is offering weekly Communion at four different stations in the sanctuary. We will continue to share corporate Communion one Sunday every month, and we encourage you to enjoy a more private/intimate time of Communion and Prayer on the other Sundays by visiting one of these stations during the time of worship that follows the message. JUNIOR HIGH SUNDAY CLASS • The Junior High group meets every Sunday, at 10am in Room 203. Brian Parks is launching the Answers In Genesis Middle School materials this month and sharing in many other interactive games and activities. Don’t miss out on these fun first few weeks!

WOMEN'S BRUNCH & LEARN • Ladies, please join us on Saturday, October 29th, 10:30am to 12:30pm. We will meet artist Jenny Shute and hear the story behind her artwork inspired by the Holy Spirit. Enjoy brunch and beautiful painting in the cozy Lodge. Cost is $10.

ECHO GLEN MINISTRY • Please consider joining Pastor Robert on the 2nd Sunday of the month for a 3pm Chapel Service at the Echo Glen Youth Detention Facility in Snoqualmie. This is an opportunity for you to meet and pray for these incarcerated youth during a brief (~40 minute) service.

Non-vetted volunteers are allowed one visit per year. Please reach out to Pastor Robert (robert@cceastside.com) by end of day on Tuesday, November 8th, if you would like to join us on Sunday, November 13th.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY | CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS • Our Children’s Ministry is seeking volunteers for all of our programs: Newborn to 3 Years in the Nursery (Room 101); 4 to 7 Years (Room 103); and 8 to 11 Years (Room 102).

Kids ages 4-11 begin at 10am in Room 103 for praise and worship.

Can you join the children as they journey with Jesus this year? We are currently seeking teachers and helpers on Sunday mornings across our three age groups: Babies & Tots (0-3); Younger Kids (4-7); and Older Kids (8-11).

We are also seeking a qualified Special Needs Assistant.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD • Calvary Chapel Eastside is seeking two volunteer leaders for Operation Christmas Child, a Samaritan's Purse program dedicated to following the example of Christ by helping those in need and proclaiming the hope of the Gospel.

We need a project leader who can help drive CCE campaigns, and a Drop Off Center manager who can be available as needed and during November to set up Drop Off Center procedures and facilitate CCE operations during National Collection Week (November 14-21, 2022).

MISSIONS SPOTLIGHT | GERMANY • Since, 1998, Kurt, Tiffany, Simon, Andrew, Lillia, and James have been a full time missionary family at Calvary Chapel Leipzig, where Kurt serves as Senior Pastor. In addition to his Pastoral responsibilities, Kurt teaches at the school of discipleship, serves as an elder, and provides counseling, visitation, outreach, Bible study, and prayer. Outside of church activities, Kurt spends one day a week helping at a refugee camp, and he is very involved with his children. Tiffany’s main ministry is being a wife and mother. She leads the Women’s Ministry, serves in the children’s ministry, and reaches out to needy and broken communities. See below to learn more.
