Installing leadership roles in the church is serious business.

While installing leadership in the church is serious business, we are still installing sinners.

Jesus has transforming grace for sinners.

In order to do the ministry Jesus has for us, we must see that we are spiritually poor yet motivated by the Kingdom.

In order to do the ministry Jesus has for us, we must come to Him hungry yet motivated by His satisfaction.

In order to do the ministry Jesus has for us, we must come to Him saddened by sin yet motivated by laughter.
