The Power of Pentecost: Gifts of the Spirit: Part 3

The Power of Pentecost: Gifts of the Spirit: Part 3

The Holy Spirit has 9 Gifts that are divinely distributed to the church as needed for ministry and service. These gifts are received as GOD sees fit, when He desires them to manifest, in the lives of SOME believers. This one topic has divided many church bodies and is a topic of great debate even today. Today, we want to dive into these gifts and see what the Word of God has to say about them.

TITHE and OFFERING

2 Corinthians 9:7 KJV Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, [so let him give]; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
God's people have always been characterized by giving, but the way they've given has changed over time.
Giving is an important aspect of the Christian life. After all, Luke records that Jesus himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).
At Northside, we want to encourage all members to pray about giving and give as God leads them.
