Despite his scheming, Satan could not destroy God’s Messiah.
Despite his great power, Satan is not strong enough to lay claim to any of the Lord’s territory.
Despite his accusations, Satan cannot condemn the redeemed of the Lord.
Our defense against Satan’s accusations is the “blood of the Lamb”
Satan has attempted to block “the salvation, the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah” by accusing us of our sins before God the Judge.
Our defense against Satan’s accusations — and it is unassailable — is the “blood of the Lamb”
Our defense against Satan’s deceit is “the word of our testimony”
Our defense against Satan’s threats is that we do not shrink from death.
“Remember this—death does that in a moment, which no graces, no duties, nor any ordinances could do for a man all his lifetime! Death frees a man from those diseases, corruptions, temptations... that no duties, nor graces, nor ordinances could do... Every prayer then shall have its answer; all hungering and thirsting shall be filled and satisfied; every sigh, groan, and tear that has fallen from the saints’ eyes shall then be recompensed. That is not death but life, which joins the dying man to Christ!” - Thomas Brooks
v. 12 - Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them.

Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah!
