1. Supernatural Influence begins Below the Surface
Matthew 13:31- Here is another illustration Jesus used: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed planted in a field. 32 It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of garden plants; it grows into a tree, and birds come and make nests in its branches.” - NLT
Pursuing the big thing results in unnecessary stress and pressure. Planting the small thing produces something that I can cultivate and sustain over time.
Job 8:7 -Though your beginning was small, Yet your latter end would increase abundantly. - NKJV
Psalm 115:13 - He will bless those who fear the Lord, Both small and great.
Isaiah 60:22 - A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation. I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time."
Zechariah 4:10 - For who has despised the day of small things
Many people desire to see change, but they never plant themselves in any one field long enough to make a real impact.
If you were given one seed to plant that would have potential to change a sector of our society where would you plant it? What field would you plant your seed in?

In the Kingdom of Heaven the smallest seed can become the greatest influencer.
Job 8:7
- Though your beginning was insignificant, Yet your end will greatly increase. - AMP

Influence is an invisible, inside out work of the Holy Spirit
Matthew 13:33 - Jesus also used this illustration: “The Kingdom of Heaven is like the yeast a woman used in making bread. Even though she put only a little yeast in three measures of flour, it permeated every part of the dough.” - NLT
Positional Leadership: is described in this way: People follow you because they have to. You are the boss. They don’t have a choice. They have to follow whether they want your leadership or not.
Positional Leadership is Humanly enforced. Supernatural Influence is Heavenly Endorsed with God’s Favor
Don’t insist that people acknowledge your influence, instead, allow God to put a demand on your irresistible influence.
Luke 16:10 - “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. 11 And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven? 12 And if you are not faithful with other people’s things, why should you be trusted with things of your own?
Delay is many times an opportunity to develop what God has deposited in your life.
Proverbs 18:16 - A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men. - NKJV
Genesis 41:41 - And Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.” - NKJV
