YOU CAN JOIN JESUS HOUSE IN 1 OF 3 WAYS: DRIVE-IN to our parking lot facing the stage and tune your car radio to 100.5FM. Dinner will be brought to you car between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. TAILGATE: Bring your own chairs, a jacket and mask up to settle in one of our tailgate circles throughout the parking lot. Dinner will be brought to you between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. [For those in the parking lot, our neighborhood icecream truck is always there selling drinks, treats and ice cream at low cost.] LIVESTREAM: Every Friday starting about 6:55pm we livestream from the parking lot. Our May Jesus House Youth Outing is a day of serving! We'll be BBQ'ing lunch at Oak View Elementary for our neighborhood. Youth parents welcome to stay for this one!
Our team's first trip will be Saturday May 28, so bring donations the next two Friday nights. Also, if you'd like to help sort the donations, stay behind after service on May 20 (in Fellowship Hall). IN LARGE GROUP:
We'll read 2 chapters of Amos together, then break into small groups to prepare reflections.
IN SMALL GROUPS:
Share a reflection from that chapter with your small group, then be prepared to share one reflection with the large group. If possible, use the S.O.A.P format:
S = Scripture (write a verse down that jumps out at you)
O = Observation (write down things you notice in the verse)
A = Application (begin to reflect on how it applies to your life)
P = Prayer (make the verse personal by writing out a simple prayer)
Parents! Our Jesus House Kids Team prepares full-blown Bible lessons, music and prayer for our Wednesday Kids' Zoom. We know your students Zoom all week, but this one is the most important Zoom of the week because it's about Jesus, and the book is the BIBLE!
