Trust God’s perspective on finances
Jesus taught that our faith and money are connected
Manage what God has provided
“God, show me how to honor You with everything You have entrusted to my care.”
When we are generous to others, God meets our needs (Philippians 4:14-18)
When we give it encourages others
When we give it is an investment in the future
When we give it is a sacrifice to God
Giving is an act of worship
“My God”

There are consequences of laziness
Philippians 4:17 I want you to receive a reward (profit - GNT) for your kindness. NLT
It is easy to confuse “wants” with “needs”
You cannot out give God
Pick a percentage of your income and give it away
The first fruits of our generosity go to God (Proverbs 3:9)
God doesn’t meet all our “wants”
