Today's Message is entitled BECOMING: Winners
On the dusty shores of Galilee, Jesus finds men either washing their nets, sitting under a tree or wasting their lives away at a tax booth. It is at their lowest moments in life that he invites them to follow Him on a journey that will completely transform their lives; which up until that time hadn't amounted to much.
Like the young men in the time of Christ, so many of us are busy spending our time and energy trying to make a living, yet we find ourselves losing at life. For too many of us, we find ourselves sitting in a place we don’t want to stay, wondering if this is all there is. We feel powerless to change our situation...we feel like losers.
Then Jesus enters the scene. He walks up to us, looks on us with absolute love and invites us to become winners.
To BECOME like Christ is to BECOME a winner in life.
It's time to win!

Paul regarded himself as a signal trophy of God’s victorious power in Christ. His Almighty Conqueror was leading him about, through all the cities of the Greek and Roman world, as an illustrious example of His power at once to subdue and to save.
