The plan of salvation is meant to encompass all of time, from creation to the final coming of Christ.

Salvation was accomplished by Christ as redemption for the church. God didn't make man to sin, but foreknew that man would.

With this foreknowledge, God devised a plan for the salvation of man, even before creation.
