BIG IDEA:
Everyday Disciples are a characterized by a core commitment to live as whole-hearted everyday followers of Jesus and not simply Jesus fans.

As much as it was a reality during Jesus' life and ministry, having large crowds following Jesus as fans is also a reality in our church communities today.

Are we in the crowds simply as Jesus fans or have we made the core commitment to live as whole-hearted everyday disciples?

esus gives us three descriptions - loving Him more than others, taking up the cross, and detaching ourselves from possessions to help us seriously consider the type of commitment we make to be His disciple.

The core commitment to live as everyday disciples is more than just showing up for worship gatherings.
