Administration - you get excited when someone says let’s get organized
Discernment - people ask you for advice and your suggestion goes well
Encouragement - you are able to speak words to lift people when they are down … people like to see you coming
Giving - you often give beyond a tithe (10%) you love to be generous
Leadership - simple test - is anyone following you
Shepherding - you are a caring person - love in action
Teaching - you share practical things you have learned from the bible
Pioneering - new things excite you - with change you are an early adapter
Evangelism - you look for new and creative ways to share your faith
Faith - you have a deep trust in God’s ability - prayer is important to you
Hospitality - you throw a good party - you might have been a partier BC
Mercy - you are a good listener
