People are being put in place, removed out of Position for the coming move of God
The Gift Of Government; God’s Government; Gifts & Callings; Leadership........ being Created For A Job & Purpose
2 Timothy 1:9 (MSG) [God] who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. It was all his idea, a gift prepared for us in Jesus long before we knew anything about it.
• His choice, so we don’t step on people, claw our way to the top, run over people
• Your gift will make room for you, the gift was prepared in heaven, you don’t cook up your own ministry. When you get out of your calling you are like a fish out of water
• The gift will be evident to others, your whole life has been a preparation for this Holy Calling!
Matthew 4:23 (MSG) From there he went all over Galilee. He used synagogues for meeting places and taught people the truth of God. God's kingdom was his theme—that beginning right now they were under God's government, a good government! He also healed people of their diseases and of the bad effects of their bad lives.
Vaccines are supposed to heal & keep from worse things happening;
• Covid doesn’t heal, it is killing people, vaccines are supposed to stop the bad effects not cause worse things to happen.
• Same with leadership, you can have all the right information but it may not solve the problem it was set out to fix. Example; My husband & I were talking about if something were to happen to him, would I take leadership, If people act up he would bring things back to order, you would eat me up. Because not every sheep is sweet.
• The gift for his position is evident. Maria's gift of prayer captain evident immediately. Shekinah's gift was there & evident, and leader answered questions gives direction & it becomes successful!
Out of order things don’t run right, you can’t pick your own position.
Book of Romans; last 2 chapters are people Paul was saluting in their ministry, He mentions the 72 sent out to do ministries start the new work of the Holy Spirit when He breathed life into the Church & it became a living being
• Deacons very evident; some more evident in leadership than others; Who can be trusted?
Romans 16:3-4 (NLT) Paul mentions several people key to not only his ministry but to the churches as a whole
Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in the ministry of Christ tent makers in the physical, laborers in ministry
they once risked their lives for me. I am thankful to them, and so are all the Gentile churches.

[ Paul said salute them or show respect to them because of their ministry.]
Servants with the ruling gifts; not seeking power or positions; some you would trust fighting alongside you some you would avoid; Listen to Paul bragging on the trustworthy ones; Romans chapter16
Some empowered to Instruct by “The Spirit Of Holiness”
Romans 15:17-20 (MSG) Looking back over what has been accomplished and what I have observed, I must say I am most pleased—in the context of Jesus, I'd even say proud, but only in that context. I have no interest in giving you a chatty account of my adventures, only the wondrously powerful and transformingly present words and deeds of Christ in me that triggered a believing response among the outsiders. In such ways I have trailblazed a preaching of the Message of Jesus all the way from Jerusalem far into northwestern Greece. This has all been pioneer work, bringing the Message only into those places where Jesus was not yet known and worshiped.
Verse 10; Apelles; “The Lord knows the test he endured, Romans 16:10 “Tested and found to be approved by the Anointed one.
Verse 16:8 Ampliatus; on of the 70 became the Bishop of Bulgaria
v 9 Urbanus; & Stachys; one of the 70; became Bishop of Byzantium
Many stories are told about the 72, and those mentioned in Romans most lost their lives as martyrs people you want to follow their faith.
Phoebe carried the letter to Rome that carried the greatest wealth of Christian Theology...the book of Romans [trustworthy enough to be mentioned in the book of Romans, along with several other women in 16th chapter Romans]
V14 Asyncritis; name means incomparable, the orthodox church says he was an Apostle; became bishop of the church of Hyracania [Turkey]
Phlegon means burning one, on fire, one of the 70, bishop of Marathon in Thrace
Persis; the woman whose name means to take by storm, from Persia, Iranian godly servant & passionate follower of Jesus Asistobolos; house church, & best counselor, one of the 70 who took the gospel to Brittan
1st Saints honored by Catholic religion; considered it an honor to be martyred with violent deaths, credited with raising the dead, emitting strange smells,
producing bread & wine, performing amazing acts, one is said Saint Edido retrieved limbs of a dismembered cow, & reattached them, ordered it to walk & it did. St Denis was decapitated & walked into town where he was martyred carrying his head, they ended up burning his body on A SPIT!
Who would you follow into battle? The wise-hearted; who have the Spirit of Wisdom!
Called with a Holy Calling, you must know you are and discipline your mind Holy Calling; [Calling: Holy Work]
• Daniel 5:11 In whom the “Spirit of the Holy Gods” live in, having the understanding, knowledge in all manner of workmanship [ honed their crafts to work for the King]
2 Timothy 1:9 (KJV) Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
Metropolitan Kiril; Bishop of Bulgaria Orthodox church of Hitler. Risk his life to defy the government to stop the deportation of Bulgarian Jews to Nazi death camps. During World War II, the Bulgarian government was an ally of Nazi Germany. Early in 1943, Bulgaria signed a secret agreement with the Nazis to deport 20,000 Jews.
Soldiers arrested thousands of Jews and kept them in makeshift holding pens while they prepared the cattle cars to take them to Treblinka, an extermination camp where 850,000 Jews were murdered. Kirill sent a message to King Boris & asked for mercy, then went to the police threatened them if they participated in the murderous roundup, that all of Bulgaria would not recognize their authority. He then got the support of the highest-ranking leader of the church’s support.
On March 10, 1943, 8500 Jews, including 1500 from Plovdiv, were loaded into boxcars. Before the train could leave, Kiril showed up at the station with 300 church members. The bishop pushed through the officers guarding the area and approached the boxcars. As he reached them, he yelled out lines from the Book of Ruth: “Wherever you go, I will go! Wherever you lodge, I will lodge! Your people will be my people, and your God, my God!”
He opened the boxcar to get in the SS stopped him, so he laid down on the railroad tracks to try to stop them saying you must kill me first! This caused the 42 member Parliament to rise up & rebel against the government. Leaders from both parties stood with him and sent letters to the government to stop the murder of the innocents. The next day the Jews were freed. The King still wanted to ally with the Natsi’s, He tried to demand their support. The whole nation got bold & said we refuse to tolerate Jewish persecution. It saved 48,000 Jews.
Kirill opened one of the boxcars and tried to enter but SS officers stopped him. At this point, Kirill declared his intention to lie on the tracks to stop the train from leaving. Members of his church got the word out about Kirill’s brave stance, and soon all of Bulgaria knew of the bishop willing to lay down his life to prevent the murder of innocents.
When the war ended that nation had 50,000 Jews living in it.
Who develops good leaders; Most corporate leaders have had military training
Military; rank is earned, submission to authority is #1st thing they learn
• Working together, even dying for someone you may not even like is the next, then the position of authority lead by example!!
• Biggest top CEOs today have been in the military. Men like the head of General Motors, all were in the military and use what they learned applying it to their life & jobs.
• They climb to the top by using what they learned in the military here is an example one gave;
1. Always look sharp, clean. One said line your belt up exactly with the buttons on a shirt, polish your shoes
2. Lead by example, take good care of your people. [Women don’t hang on people]
3. Assemble diverse teams to get a range of perspectives. No one knows it all or has all the right answers.
4. Invest in long-term relationships, power & authority comes with proven character, hard work with no one watching or coming up behind you to check on you.
5. Be willing to listen, without thinking of how you will respond, not interrupting, gather all the information then make a plan for the overall good of the whole.
6. Stay calm under pressure.
7. Even crime is organized, it doesn’t just fall in your lap FBI just caught 800 suspects in 16 different nations, to take this kind of thing down it takes many people working as a team, not just 1 person showing their skills off. Work as a team, quit thinking only of yourself, your ministry, how thing affect just you, what you get out of it
Logistics; detailed coordination of a complex operation involving many people, many people supply buildings, finances, modes of operation. The weak and unfocused, or self-focused who only think of themselves will be forced out.
8. Lead with integrity, adaptability, dedication, maturity, high Code of ethics.
Be a person others want to emulate and pattern themselves after. Follow the rules, not being a rebel against everyone in authority, thinking someone is out to get you, always looking for their hidden motives.
9. DON’T DO THINGS HALFWAY!!!!!! Give 100% effort, no job is too menial.
10. Cautious in their decisions, Willing to take risks, but choose wisely the risk, careful with finances, not looking for what they get out of it. Not stepping on people to get to the top. Peter is the perfect example, Zeal that had to be harnessed & directed.
11. Refuse to do fraud, Integrity is a big thing, not intending to gain an advantage, not deceitful.
12. They outperform their peers in stressful times. Research shows that CEOs with military experience are better able to offset the negative effects of tough times than the average chief executive.
13. Veterans "learn how to make decisions in extreme conditions during combat.
Elon Musk; says he still works 80 hours a week minimum even after the business is well established. Outwork everyone else, and look for people who do the same thing, get rid of the slouchers, time wasters, lazy, unconcerned
2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed,
1 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (MSG) [God allows us to be entrusted with the gospel] God tested us thoroughly to make sure we were qualified to be trusted with this Message. Be assured that when we speak to you we're not after crowd approval—only God approval. Since we've been put through that battery of tests, you're guaranteed that both we and the Message are free of error, mixed motives, or hidden agendas.
1 Timothy 3:10 [Leaders in the Church]; Let them prove themselves first. If they show they can do it, take them on.
2 Timothy 2:14-18 (KJV) Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. And their word will eat as doth a canker: [cancer] of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus;
Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.
2 Timothy 2:14-18 (MSG) Repeat these basic essentials over and over to God's people. Warn them before God against pious nitpicking, which chips away at the faith. It just wears everyone out. Concentrate on doing your best for God, work you won't be ashamed of, laying out the truth plain and simple. Stay clear of pious talk that is only talk. Words are not mere words, you know. If they're not backed by a godly life,
17 they accumulate as poison in the soul. Hymenaeus and Philetus are examples,
[Philetus; meaning opposer of Christianity] throwing believers off stride and missing the truth by a mile by saying the resurrection is over and done with.
1 Timothy 3:1-13 (MSG) If anyone wants to provide leadership in the church, good! But there are preconditions: A leader must be well-thought-of, committed to his wife, cool and collected, accessible, and hospitable. He must know what he's talking about, So be overfond of wine, not pushy but gentle, not thin-skinned, not money-hungry. He must handle his own affairs well, attentive to his own children and having their respect. [ it is earned not by being a pushover] For if someone is unable to handle his own affairs, how can he take care of God's church? He must not be a new believer, lest the position go to his head and the Devil trip him up. Outsiders must think well of him, or else the Devil will figure out a way to lure him into his trap. The same goes for those who want to be servants in the church: serious, not deceitful, not too free with the bottle, not in it for what they can get out of it.
9 They must be reverent before the mystery of the faith, [be quiet before the mystery]not using their position to try to run things.[Office of a deacon]
10 Let them prove themselves first. If they show they can do it, take them on. No exceptions are to be made for women—same qualifications: serious, dependable, not sharp-tongued, not overfond of wine.
12 Servants in the church are to be committed to their spouses, attentive to their own children, and diligent in looking after their own affairs. [Servants]
13 Those who do this servant work will come to be highly respected, a real credit to this Jesus-faith.
Eliminate time wasters those not beneficial to the vision, who don’t work the ministry but are there to take and not give. I wondered why some people had been taken out, now I know why. Whoever is not in line with the vision was removed. I took it personally like we failed, God saw things differently, Heavenly perspective is different than ours.
HAVING THE Spirit Of Wisdom!!!! Press on despite opposition, don’t nurse yourself!! Cottle yourself. Feel sorry for yourself. T.L. Osborn greatest healing evangelist of our day to get others healed, delivered, saved said this bit of wisdom: T.L. Osborn said You don’t tell God what to do; you’re not pushy, or demanding with God or people [ some don’t respect even God Himself, and would say anything to Him, even disrespectfully]
He said I am a covenant preacher, but not like the ones who would dare get into God’s face and demand you better do what I say cause I have a covenant with you! That would say hand it over, You promised!! I let God’s love pour out to them and then they will be healed. Yes we believe, and we trust His Word, & we need miracles, but treasure what you get from God.
So what is a Demand?; forcefully make a demand to get what you want, specify it as a condition, and you better give it to me. We are to lead not force, be bold in the face of evil but healing or anything you need from God He will release, He is not trying to withhold. Act like a leader submitted to authority, see the chain of command, and respect it.
Matthew 8:16-17 (KJV)They brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with His word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
Devils; entities or personalities of evil, To bring bad fortune upon, vexed people with a demon [cause annoyance]
Infirmity; (asthenes); feebleness of body or mind; malady [sickness of normal physiological function] moral frailty, moral weakness, morally unfitness:- disease, infirmity, sickness, weakness or powerlessness, one who falls under pressure or stress or strain. Strong's Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.
Cast out Spirits with His Word; This is also how we cast them out, use the Word, The Name, the Blood, His Power.
Who would you call? Who has the Spirit of the Living God in them?
1. Sickness is destructive, it will kill you. If you coddle it and take care of it, it has just started, it will kill you
