Worship Service Registration
We are no longer requiring registration for adults, only for RiverBank Kids at 9:45 a.m.
We are offering 2 service times at 9:45 a.m., and 11:15 a.m. If you would rather watch online, both services will be streaming live at facebook.com/hittheriver, on YouTube at YouTube.com/hittheriver, and on our website at HitTheRiver.com.
Mask Update
At the 11:15 a.m. service only, the Elders have decided to make the service masks optional throughout the building, but not required. Beginning May 23rd, the 9:45 service will also be masks optional, with mask required seating available in the cafe and overflow rooms.
RBK- Toddler and Preschool
RiverBank Kids has reopened the toddler and preschool Sunday School rooms during our 9:45 a.m. worship service. Toddlers are any child 18 months through 2 years of age, and our preschool room will serve our 3, 4, and 5-year-olds. Distance will be in place to the best of our ability, with masks being required for preschoolers and any child in K-5. If you have any questions, contact Taylor Starr at taylor@hittheriver.com.
RiverBank Kids- Virtual Sunday School
Did you know? RiverBank Kids offers a virtual Sunday School option for families unable or choose to attend on-campus services at The River. Virtual Sunday School (for kindergarten-5th graders) is hosted on Zoom at 10 a.m. every Sunday and is overseen by passionate RBK teachers who love connecting with remote families. The link and password needed to attend virtual Sunday School is sent in the weekly RBK newsletter on Sunday mornings. We have reopened children’s ministry during the 9:45 a.m. service (ONLY). Please consider volunteering to serve in our children’s ministry. Here is what to expect:
· Registration is required, and space is limited. Register your children each week at hittheriver.com
· Check-in your family together for service.
· At check-in, kids are given pre-printed name tags and parent tags.
· Kids will enjoy a socially distanced lesson, craft, and game.
Outdoor Service
We are excited to announce that we are planning an outdoor service for May 16th. This is a great opportunity for us to gather all together for one worship service at 10:00a.m. We will be doing baptisms. If you are interested, please check our website, hittheriver.com to register. Bring your own seating and join us for these celebrations!
Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership LIVE STREAM at The River!
Come to the Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership Summit Live Stream at The River! We only have a license for 45 people, so register soon!
Speakers include: Dave Ramsey, John Maxwell, Patrick Lencioni, Marcus Buckingham, Simon Sinek, Craig Groeschel and more! The conference is for business owners, leaders, and anyone wanting to improve their leadership. When? Monday, May 17 (10 - 5:45), Tuesday, May 18 (10 - 6:45), Wednesday, May 19 (10 - 4:30). River Youth Mission Trip Fundraiser- May 12th
On Wednesday, May 12th, get your friends, your family, or your small group and head to City Barbecue in West Chester and help raise funds for the River Youth’s mission trip to Minnesota this summer. You can dine in, order online, or carryout that day and help raise funds. If eating in, make sure to bring a flyer or use our social media image. If ordering online, make sure to use the coupon code FundA at check out. This is going to be a great way to help our students do amazing work this summer. The River Youth Campout- May 21st
Our student ministry is inviting all students in 6th-12th grade and their friends to join us for a campout at The River Church on Friday May 21st. We will be enjoying food, games and other activities together at The River. It is going to be a lot of fun. Let us know if your student will be joining us by registering at HitTheRiver.com/events.
River Youth Summer Kickoff Cookout
The River Youth will be kicking off the summer with a cookout for all families of students in 6th-12th grade and their families on June 6th from 6:30pm-8:00pm. We will also be including and inviting all current 5th graders who will be moving up. Come on out, enjoy some food and get to know other families, students and adults in our ministry. We will provide the hot stuff. Families of guys provide drinks and families of girls provide sides/desserts. If you have any questions, contact Zach@HitTheRiver.com.
River Youth Flamingo Fundraiser
The River Youth is going to Minnesota this July for a missions trip and is providing you a fun way to help them raise funds for the trip. From May 30th-June 12th, you can choose to cover someone's yard with flamingoes for $20. You can also protect yourself during this time with insurance for $15. You can also have it removed immediately for $5. Spots are limited so sign up today at hittheriver.com/events!

One of our goals here is to provide everyone who attends The River with discipleship resources, which is why we’re giving all of our attendees access to RightNow Media for FREE! If you have not already signed up, you can easily get access by texting “RightNow HitTheRiver” to 41411.
Cultivating Prayer- Church
When praying for our missions, pray against discouragement, disappointment, fear, and doubt. Ask the Lord to bring people across their path who would encourage and uplift them. Be that person yourself!
