The Doorway to Living Strong in God’s “Mighty Power”

1. Pray “en Pneumati,” (is the Greek) in Spirit, in or through the Holy Spirit.

in an attitude where our heart should be in a fighting or wrestling mode, to gain the Holy Spirit’s help

V.16 “…take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.”

2. Pray “en panti kairoo”, “in all times/occasions”

Romans 5 says at the right time, God sent his son- that "time" was the word Kairoo- it was God’s special time

A breakthrough was needed, but the disciples –like us, failed to get God’s enablement because they were busy...

3. Pray with an all-day conversation with God and at certain kairoo- God ordained moments with “supplication” (kjv)- nkjv- “with all perseverance and supplication”

4. Pray also for me.

Apostle Paul knew prayer would enable him to preach “fearlessly” and “fearlessly”

Who has spiritual battles in this room? Who has temptations? Who has to fight against fear? Who feels intimidated sometimes by being a witness to a neighbor, stranger or even another person we know at school or work? Who wants to “stand against the devil’s schemes”? Who wants to extinguish all the fiery darts of the enemy? Who wants our church to grow, walk in unity, and experience the presence and power of God?
