I. Take Me To Your Leaders and You Should Find Proper Leadership

Church Leadership is Hard...therefore,

1. Lead - v. 2 - not under compulsion, but willingly
2. Lead - v. 2 - not for shameful gain, but eagerly
3. Lead - v. 3 - not domineering, but being examples

Leadership in the church is not ownership. Church leaders lead as under-shepherds to the chief shepherd.

II. Take Me To Your People and Your Should Find Proper Followship

What does proper fellowship look like?

1. Hebrews 13:7 - Remembers the great task of church leadership.
2. Hebrews 13:17 - Obeys your leaders.
3. Hebrews 13:17 - Obeys with an attitude that makes leaders lead with joy.
