As we pray for ourselves, we ask our Father to help us live our lives for the glory of God and the good of others, faithfully accomplishing the work the Father has entrusted to us.
Today we are looking at the second portion of Jesus’ prayer, and if i can be real… we could hang out here all the way until Easter. There is a lot of good stuff here. But this is where Jesus prayed for his disciples and then prayed for his future disciples (including you and I)

Big Idea: As Jesus prepares for his journey to the cross, he prays for his current and future disciples who will remain on the earth after he returns to the Father.

Application Point: We learn how to pray for fellow believers by asking God for protection from the devil and for the church to be unified.
This space left open to write notes as Pastor Josh seems to go down rabbit trails...
