1. Do I love myself or am I my worst critic? How does that align with what God says about me?
2. JOY : Jesus first ,yourself last, others in between. Its an old saying but am I living that? If not how can I change my mindset?
3. Am I able to say no? Do I look after myself? What areas , body mind spirit do I need to bring to God?
