As we study Mark, we want to understand the story God, through His Holy Spirit, inspired Mark to write. This means we will try to understand Mark’s Gospel as a written work in its own right.

The Holy Spirit has given Mark an agenda, and Mark has been empowered to tell his story in a skillful way. He recounts specific events in a specific narrative order and style, skillfully using words, phrases and literary devices that communicate the story.

As we see Mark point us to writings which we know as the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) and which Mark and Jesus knew as “the Scriptures,” we will see that Mark understands Jesus' identity and significance in light of those writings.

Join us as we examine the Literary genius of the Gospel of Mark.

Beginning October 4, 2020 - Sunday Morning from 8:15am to 9:15am in the Overflow Room (by the Youth Classes) and also available via Zoom.

These small groups meet at various times and locations during the week for the purpose of building community, worship, and service together.

Regardless of your stage of life, there is a group for you!

This year there will be 2 services.

5pm - Mask required

6:30pm - Mask encouraged

These are both family services and there will be no childcare.

Our Wednesday Night Kids Classes have started back up - 6:30-8:00pm! It is open to all kids from Kindergarten up through 4th grade. We will have a great time digging into God's word together as we explore gratitude. Each week we will look at a different area of our lives we are called to give thanks in: Thank You Family - November 11, Thank You Teachers - November 18, Thank You God December 2nd. We will end with a Christmas party on December 9th.
Parents are welcome to stay and participate or you can drop off your child.

There will be a 2021 Mission Trip! We will be going to Mexico to help Ninos de Mexico from July 3 - 10, 2021.
