Worship With Generosity

Thanks for partnering with us in our mission to reach people with the good news of God's love, to make disciples, and to send them out. Secure online giving via PayPal.
In construction, a plumb-line is a weight with a pointed tip, hung from a string, used to determine a vertical reference. From this reference, everything else is built. This week in worship, we'll examine Jesus' plumb-line for all his teachings - meant to be the spiritual reference point for our lives.
1. Gage everything by loving God and loving others.
1. List some programs, ministries, and activities at church. Consider / discuss what it might be like to gage these by love God, love others?
2. List some people, circumstances, and situation in your life. Consider / discuss what it might be like to gage these by love God, love others?
2. Love more today than you did yesterday.
1. Can you look back over a few years and say In regard to loving God and loving others, over the years, have you grown? If so, how? If now, why not?
2. If you were going to be intentional about loving more, what would you do?
3. How long are you willing to focus on this? A week, a month, a year?
4. For accountability, are you willing to report to a person or group how you changed over that time? To whom are you willing to be accountable?
Next step:
Find a reason. First, find a reason to text or email someone. Any reason will do. Second, Copy that text or that email and now scroll through your recent texts or emails and find another person you can send that same message to. Paste it and send it.

How to pray for someone hurting

We can "find a reason" by thinking of someone who is hurting and praying for them. Here are some suggestions about how to pray for a person going through difficult times.

Join us on Saturday nights in the Worship Center to watch our online Worship Service! Spaces are limited (25% capacity guidelines enforced); registration is required. Visit to register.

With the Deacon Angel Tree, we have an opportunity to help members of our own StoneBridge family who may be in need this Christmas Season. During the month of November, we will collect gift cards in any amount for Grocery stores, Target, Walmart, restaurants, or food delivery services. Purchased gift cards can be dropped off at any worship service on campus, mailed, or dropped off to the church office. Please turn in gift cards by December 1st. The Deacons thank you for participating in this service opportunity.

Our board of deacons not only helps the needy in our community through monthly donations to the Samaritan Center, Sarah’s House, and ACTION; they also provide confidential support, encouragement, and assistance to members of our church family. You’re invited to support the caring work of our deacons by making a special offering on the first weekend of every month.

Calling all young adults between the ages of 18 & 25! Starting Tuesday, November 10th @ 7pm, there will be virtual meetings for connecting, discussion, and study. If you or someone you know is interested, send Olivia an email at
