God has given us the disciplines of the spiritual life as a means of receiving His grace. Disciplines allow us to place ourselves before God, so that He can transform us.
Christian disciplines fall into 3 categories:
Internal, External, Corporate

Today: Worship
Worship - proskuneo - to kiss the ground when prostrating before a superior; to worship, ready "to fall down/prostrate oneself to adore on one's knees”. To kiss towards, literally.
Worship is our response to who God is and what he has done.

1. Worship is our priority.
Loving God must be our first priority.
2. Worship is our passion.
passion - literally means suffering; that for which we are willing to suffer
Your worship is not only about what you can receive, but what God wants to release.
3. Worship is our participation.
Worship is not a spectator sport! We are called to engage with the Spirit of God in every biblical posture and practice!
We must engage in Spirit-led and Spirit-directed worship. That includes singing, dancing, bowing, lying prostrate, shouting, clapping, praying in the Spirit, and others. But, we must allow the Holy Spirit to show us which forms are beneficial to His purpose at that given time.
True worship, where Spirit touches our spirit, will lead to an encounter where we confess our sins and shortcomings. Then, boldly declare the statement from the book of Isaiah, “Here am I send me!”
