- People experiencing belonging, intimacy with God and others, and personal transformation.

- Obsessive need for harmony
- Conflict avoider
- Aversion to risk

Assessment questions:
- Do you have a heart for those who are hurting?
- Do you find yourself seeking ways for your community to be more like a family?
- Do you sometimes feel as if the church isn’t paying enough attention to members?
- Do you enjoy caring for people in the church?
- Do you have a passion for helping people grow spiritually, for maintaining the health of the church community, and/or helping the church love one another?
