Most everyone can either quote this verse or at the very least recite where its located in scripture. But do we really have a clue how far that love went for us?
God’s Love Bears All Things
The 11th point that Paul makes is love “bears all things….”
The Greek word “beareth” is the stego, which means to cover, like a roof covers a house.

This is the example of Agape love. Gods love is a covering protecting kind of love.
God’s Love Believes All Things
The 12th word “believeth” is actually the word pisteuei, which is the Greek word meaning to put one’s faith or trust in something or someone.
Believes all things could actually be taken to mean that love “believes the best in every situation.” Its looking at that glass I spoke about a couple of weeks ago and seeing it half full.
