When we imitate someone – we try to do everything like them
In order to imitate someone - we watch them for a long time
Famous people get imitated
In junior high school we imitated one another in the way we dressed
If you wanted to fit in you needed to imitate your group
I wonder how many of us this morning would claim to be a Christian?
So - what does imitating Christ look like for us today?
Christians forgive those who hate
Christians are willing to give their lives for others
Christians pray for our enemies
Not only are we called to love our enemies – we’re called to pray for them too
Christians are called to witnesses
We’re called to tell somebody!
