What's Happening at CrossRoad

Reformation Walk
October 31st from 3-5pm
Join us for a bonfire, smores, candy, and play as we celebrate Reformation Day out in the back church field!

Fall Work Day
October 24th from 10am-12pm
Join us in the crisp fall air as we team up to clean up outside, trim bushes, and rake. Feel free to bring rakes, trimming gear, and gloves and meet us here!

Community Groups
At Crossroad, we believe that building a community is an essential part of every believer's LIFE cycle as they learn God's Word, apply it, and imitate Jesus because of it. Core Groups
We are excited to launch these intentional, gender-specific groups of 3-5 believers that will meet weekly for accelerated spiritual transformation. Discover CrossRoad
For those interested in joining or learning more about Crossroad, this course will be offered 3-4 times a year to assist you in understanding our beliefs and practices. Attending will allow you to meet our staff and explore our ministries. Discover Crossroad meets for a 3-hour session on a Sunday evening with dinner provided. The next session is on October 18th, from 4-7 pm. Contact Pastor Chris at clowe@cbcames.org

What is my next step at CrossRoad?
Join a Small Group! Our groups meet regularly throughout the Ames area. You will be welcomed and accepted while learning more about Jesus, His Word, His People, and your purpose. Let us know and we will help you find a group.

I'm interested in membership. What should I do?
We would love to help you learn more about CrossRoad. We offer the opportunity to Discover CrossRoad once a quarter for those who want to learn more about our church and membership. Please contact Pastor Chris at clowe@cbcames.org if you are interested in joining the next Discover Crossroad course.

Where do my kids go on Sunday mornings?
We are excited to care for your children during the worship service at 9:15 am, and during our 10:45 am classes. Children’s Church is available during the service for Nursery through 3rd Grade. Crossroad Kids is offered at 10:45 am for all Nursery, Elementary, and Middle School children.

Children’s Church
Children will be dismissed at the beginning of the sermon.

CrossRoad Kids Nursery - 5th Grade

Please understand that the children will not be social distancing and that masks are not required. The teachers will be observing other health and safety measures in the classrooms.

Sign-in Short Health Screening
Parents of nursery, pre-school, and primary age children are asked to sign in their children before the service at the counter by the nursery and fill out a short health screening survey.
