Is That Really in the Bible? | October 4 - October 10

Ever thought the Bible was pretty strait-laced? Really good, but predictable? Guess you haven’t read the stories we’ll look at in this message series. Some stories in the Bible are just plain crazy and we’re going to take a good look at 4 of them: Stories that include a talking donkey, an assassin who saves the day, a bear attack on some mouthy kids, plus an example of tent peg diplomacy by a heroine no one would have predicted. These stories and others just like them can get awkward. We struggle to understand why they are even in God’s Word. But maybe God is using these crazy accounts to teach us some crazy important things we otherwise might miss?
