Sermon Verses: Rev 19:1-13
19:1 After these things, I heard as loud voice, from many of a crowd in the sky, saying, they were saying, “Alleluia. The salvation and the glory and the power (is) of our God, 2 because true and just (are) his judgments; because he judged the great sexually immoral woman, who corrupted the land with her sexual immorality, and he vindicated the blood of his servants from her hands.” 3 And a second (time) they said, “Alleluia.” And her smoke went up into the ages of ages. 4 Both the twenty-four elders fell and the four living creatures and they bowed down to God, the one sitting upon the throne, saying, “Amen. Alleluia.” 5 And a voice from the throne came out saying, “Y’all praise our God! His servants and those fearing him, the small and the great.” 6 And I heard as a voice of much of a crowd and as a sound of many waters and as a sound of strong thunder saying, “Alleluia, because he reigns—the Lord our God, the Almighty. 7 Let us rejoice and let us exult and let us give glory to him, because the wedding of the Lamb and his wife has come, she has prepared herself. 8 And he has given to her to be clothed in fine, bright, clean linen. For the linen is the righteous deeds of the holy ones.” 9 And he said to me, “Write: Blessed (are) the ones called for the feast of the wedding of the Lamb.” And he said to me, “These are the true words of God.”10 And I fell before his feet to bow before him. And he said to me, “Look! Am I not a fellow-servant of you and your siblings, the ones having the testimony of Jesus? (Yes!) Bow down to God (the Father)! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of the prophecy.” 11 And I saw the sky opening, and behold, (there was) a white horse and the one sitting upon him [was called] ‘Faithful and True,’ and he judges and battles with righteousness. 12 Moreover, his eyes are as a flame of fire, and upon his head (were) many diadems having a name written which no one knew except he himself, 13 and wearing clothing baptized in blood, and his name is called ‘The Word of God.’
