Depending on our stage in life, our burdens can look very different, but feel strangely similar.
These burdens weigh on us and over time we get weary.
In Jesus' love for you and me in the midst of our burden-carrying weariness, He extends an invitation to us.
It’s an invitation to view ourselves and the world around us in a new way…without sizing others up and measuring our value by our good behavior.
The word "Yoke” just means His body of teaching and His worldview.
All through Jesus' life, He taught a very simple message: Love God. Love People.
What does it look like to take this yoke on ourselves?
-Reminding ourselves that we are loved just as we are.
-Asking the question, “What do I need to do to love God and love others best.”
