Freudenschade - a feeling of sadness brought on by the good fortune of others.

Grace: unearned and undeserved love and mercy from God.

•Another’s failure doesn’t make me better, though it may make me bitter.
•Another’s success doesn’t make me poorer, though it may make me miserly.
•I had it coming, too.
•I didn’t deserve it, either.
