Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and with people.
Jesus is reaching Himself toward God.
God is reaching Himself toward Jesus.
People are reaching themselves toward Jesus.
God is reaching Himself toward Jesus.
People are reaching themselves toward Jesus.
The best goal in life would be to live where we have favor with both God and people around us.
Seeking only favor with God can result in hurting man.
Seeking only favor with man can result in earning God's disfavor.
How do we seek favor with God and man?
1. We must show up.
We need to show up when people need the truth, grace, and love of Jesus.
2. We must show up where God is.
We need places in our lives where we can connect with God.
3. We must show up where people are in need of the truth, grace, and love of Christ.
4. We must stay until God says we are done.
I don't want to rush God's will and growth in my life.
We need to sit and stay...
... because it's easier for God to make an impact on our lives.
... so we can have an impact on the lives of others.
