hey
The fullness of life, that Jesus came to give, is full and rich and abundant, present and future, vibrant and bubbling, invading every area of our being… it is now and then, eternal and forever, it is vibrant and rich and it is what Jesus is and gives to us in Him… life

This life is best exemplified, best expressed, in agape, love, love that is rich and full and present and future - as love, agape, never fails… it is always and is demonstrated with mercy, grace, sacrifice and belonging…

Jesus could give His life, would give His life, because He knew, He was confident, that His “life” bios, physical existence and animated, was not, is not, all there is, in fact, it is less-than that which God offers - in Him, with Him - and life that could only be given by, provided by, One who could perfectly, would perfectly live and give up His life, for the sake of “life” - to give us life -- Jesus, the One who saves and gives us life, and that life, abundantly… - zo-ay’

Now we are to live and love in the manner of life which we have been given… and best expressed - agape.

Agape - a love that is dedicated to the best, for the best, of the object of that love, a love that decides to love, a love that is committed to love, a love that will sacrifice for the sake of the beloved. This is the love with which Jesus loves us, and He then, empowers, enables and now rightly demands that we love Him and others with that same love, the very love that Jesus displays and expresses to us, He now, to us, in us, through us, and with us, calls us to love one another, agape

This salvation IS about life and love - and essentially, little else
Psalm 46
John 13:14 "Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you.
John 13: 34 "A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so also you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.”
Eph 5:1-2 "Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children 2and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."
John 17: 20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me."
