WILL YOU READ WITH ME? | by Todd Rodarmel

I am inviting you to read through the New Testament with me at the beginning of this new year. It's not a "new year's resolution" or a lifetime commitment. I just want to read through the New Testament in a new way and I want some people to join me in it. You in?

Read Immerse: Messiah
The Immerse Reading Bible is a unique six-volume Bible. The text is laid out in a beautiful single-column setting with chapters, verses, section headings, and footnotes removed, and with the content of each book displayed according to its literary genre.
Our church will use this unique reading Bible to read through large portions of the Bible eight weeks at a time. This week, we are starting with the New Testament Volume. For the next eight weeks, we will read the Bible on our own and then gather on Sundays and in groups to have some simple conversations.

Simple Conversations
Once a week, gather with friends, family, or in one of several groups starting through the church to engage in simple "book club" style conversations. You will engage the Scriptures freely using 4 questions:
1. What stood out to you this week?
2. Was there anything confusing or troubling?
3. Did anything make you think differently about God?
4. How might this change the way we live?
