Our entire district will gather for a worship service at Tulsa Central Church of the Nazarene (7291 E 81st St, Tulsa, OK 74133). They are going to celebrate what Kaleo and a few other churches have done this year. If we need to take a bus out there all together let me know asap and we will coordinate that.

Ever felt like the oddball? Unnatural?
The writer of Hebrews talks about all the heroes of the faith in the old testament before and after these verses here in chapter 11. but right in the middle here in these 4 verses he shows us why they were able to have faith even in tough times. Even when it was Unnatural.
Point 1- Unnatural to Think This Earth is Our Home
The world would tell us differently. They would say it totally natural to think of Earth as home. When you die nothing happens. Yolo! Carpe diem! Just do it!
But We are Unnatural.
But We are Unnatural.
We are strangers and aliens in this land the bible says. Yet many of us get so caught up in this world that we forget how temporary it really is.
We see things differently
We think differently
We act differently
We react differently
We love differently
So the question is, if you aren't doing those things, how close are you and your Jesus?

Point 2- Unnatural to Look Back
The world would tell us if we hit tough times remember you can always go back. Divorce? School? Job? Kids?
But We are Unnatural.
But We are Unnatural.
This is another great way Satan attacks us with his lies. He tells us after we make a decision that we cant do it. Its not who we are. That at the first unnatural “feeling” we are who we were and not who God is calling us to be.

The world would tell us that we cant make a difference. Our voice doesn't matter. One person cant accomplish much.
But We are Unnatural.
