There will be a Rapture of believers in Jesus Christ.

•There is no mention of the rapture in Revelation. (1 Thess 4:13-5:3)
•There is no mention of the church on earth during the tribulation (ch.4-16)
•The only mention of the church during the tribulation, is in heaven.
•There are no signs given prior to the rapture. Unlike the Return of Jesus. (Matthew 24:36-39; Luke 12:35-40)

There will be a triumphant Return of Jesus Christ.

•Christ’s return will be literal and physical (Zechariah 14:4; Acts 1:11)
•Christ’s return will be visible and tangible (Matthew 24:30; Rev 1:7)
•Christ’s return will be supernatural and glorious (Revelation 19:11-15)

“The heavens declare the glory of God.” (Psalm 19:1) Remembering the view given in Revelation 4: At the centre of the throne room in heaven, is the throne. Upon that throne is God the Father. Around that throne there is worshipful action and anticipation of greater things yet to come.

Having a heavenly perspective, will motivate us and help us live more productive earthly lives:

There will be a day when Jesus Reignsforever.

There is a response that needs to be made.

•We are to follow the truth
•We are to share the good news
