Fear Of - Part 1 (Chronophobia)
It is difficult today to escape feelings of fear. From matters relating to health, family, finances, personal safety, rejection and terror threats, it is easy to feel afraid. It is natural to have fear, but there is a difference between healthy fear and paranoia. It’s easy for one to find themselves suffering from Chronophobia, fear of the future. What causes such fear, and how do we get past it?
