This is the fourth night on the study of Heaven. We will look at the importance of being Heavenly minded and begin to look at the revelation that the apostle John was given when he traveled to Heaven.

We have all heard the saying… “They are so heavenly minded, that they're no earthly good.”
Sometimes we can get to a place in our lives where this is true. The people of God need to reverse this and become “So heavenly minded, that we are eternally and heavenly good here on earth.”

Was there ever anyone that was more heavenly minded than Jesus?
If we are to be like Christ, and we are, we should be more heavenly minded more and more each day, or our lives will never have an impact on this world like Jesus intended for us to.
A true heavenly mindset will change our view of things.

So what does aiming at Heaven get us/do for us and our spiritual walk/spiritual relationship?
1. Heaven increases our knowledge of God.
2. Heaven purifies our daily walk.
3. Heaven heals our broken hearts.
4. Heaven should increase our motivation for evangelism.
5. Heaven encourages our generosity in giving.
6. Heaven brings an urgency to our ministry for Christ.
7.Heaven multiplies joy in our lives.
It is only those that become heavenly minded that will become earthly good.
My prayer is that God will completely alter our minds and hearts with the thoughts and vision of Heaven so that we can be eternally helpful to others.
