I’m no longer a slave to fear; I am a child of God!
What we fear often enslaves and paralyzes us! It often hinders us from what God desires for us!
What fear is currently enslaves or paralyzes us from experiencing the amazing heights God has for us as His child?

The journey to being a child of God and conquering our fear begins with the first step!
Will we choose to live in slavery, fearing eternal judgment or in hope, anticipating our eternal reward as a child of God?
What fear currently enslaves or paralyzes us from experiencing the amazing heights God has for us as His child?
I’m no longer a slave to fear; I am a child of God!
THIS WEEK’S MEMORY VERSE: “The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” Romans 8:15-16 NIV’84

2) What are we fearful of? Why? Share an experience that had you fearful? 3) What fear enslaves and paralyzes us – even spiritually?
4) What fear keeps us from experiencing the amazing new heights God has for us? 5) Read Romans 8:1-2, 15-16, 19-24. Discuss this statement: I’m no longer a slave to fear; I am a child of God!
6) Our first step to freedom begins in complete surrender at the cross. Will we take it?

REACH OUT: In regards to what has been revealed to you, what intentional action can you take this week to impact someone else for Christ?

We have many opportunities for you to Be Jesus to kids, students and guests here at Central. We are looking for individuals to welcome guests, hold babies, pass communion, and talk with kids or students about their lesson in small groups. MISSION TRIPS
We are beginning to plan 2018 mission trips to Guatemala–February 3-10 for a medical mission trip and a construction based mission trip in the Fall.
