When you think of your best summer memories from childhood, what comes to mind?

"There's a difference between having memories and making memories." How does this statement resonate with you?
Our memories are spiritual! They help us to grow, enjoy life, and worship. Read through the following passages with this idea in mind.

Have you ever found that you are so focused on accomplishing or perfecting moments, that you miss experiencing them? Explain.
Pastor Jonathan encourages us to "mark the moments to make the memories". In what ways have you already intentionally done this? How might you improve upon it? Are there special days or places that can be useful in marking moments?
Think of one of your most significant life moments. How might you experience the following benefits when memorializing this moment? 1- diminished discouragement, 2- a focus on who/what matters, and 3- added meaning to worship by remembering God's goodness
