All Hail the Power of Jesus Name

All hail the power of Jesus’ Name, let angels prostrate fall
Bring forth the royal diadem, and crown Him Lord of all
Bring forth the royal diadem, and crown Him Lord of all

Ye chosen seed of Israel’s race, ye ransomed from the fall
Hail Him Who saves you by His grace and crown Him Lord of all
Hail Him Who saves you by His grace and crown Him Lord of all

O that with yonder sacred throng We at His feet may fall
We’ll join the everlasting song and crown Him Lord of all
We’ll join the everlasting song and crown Him Lord of all

10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)
By Jonas Myrin and Matt Redman

Bless the Lord O my soul
O my soul
Worship His holy name
Sing like never before
O my soul
I’ll worship Your holy name

The sun comes up
It’s a new day dawning
It’s time to sing your song again
Whatever may pass
And whatever lies before me
Let me be singing
When the evening comes

You’re rich in love
And You’re slow to anger
Your name is great
And Your heart is kind
For All Your goodnessI will keep on singing
Ten thousand reason
For my heart to find

And on that day When my strength is failing
The end draws near
And my time has come
Still my soul Will sing Your praise unending
Ten thousand years
And then forevermore.

King of Kings
by Brooke Ligertwood, Scott Ligertwood and Jason Ingram
(based on the recording by Hillsong Worship)

In the darkness we were waiting without hope and without light
Til from Heaven You came running there was mercy in your eyes
To fulfill the law and prophets to a virgin came the Word
From a throne of endless glory to a cradle in the dirt

Praise the Father praise the Son
Praise the Spirit three in one
God of Glory majesty
Praise for ever to the King of Kings

To reveal the kingdom coming and to reconcile the lost
To redeem the whole creation You did not despise the cross
For even in Your suffering You saw to the other side
Knowing this was our salvation Jesus for our sake You died

And the morning that You rose all of heaven held its breath
Till that stone was moved for good for the Lamb had conquered death
And the dead rose from their tombs and the angels stood in awe
For the souls of all who’d come to the Father are restored

And the Church of Christ was born then the Spirit lit the flame
Now this Gospel truth of old shall not kneel shall not faint
By His blood and in His Name in His freedom I am free
For the love of Jesus Christ who has resurrected me

Praise the Father praise the Son
Praise the Spirit three in one
God of Glory majesty
Praise for ever to the King of Kings

Praise forever to the King of Kings

CONVERSATION STARTERS
Conversation Starters help us dig deeper, connecting Sunday’s sermons with our Monday lives. These prompts have been designed to help Community Groups grow in their relationship with God, with one another, and with their neighbors. Please know that these questions are meant to be a resource to you. You do not have to follow them verbatim or get through them all. We trust you to know your group and to ask the questions based on your group needs.

1) What stood out to you from the text or the sermon?

2) What does it take to become fluent in a new language? How can we apply those same principles to growing in kingdom fluency?

3) If you were to audit your inputs, what voices are speaking loudest into your life? How are they forming you, either in kingdom fluency or the fluency of this world?

4) What are ways that we try to use God’s word to serve our own ends rather than living in submission to His word in every area of our lives?

Prayer Requests

As a staff it is a privilege to pray for our congregation. Social distance does not change that! If you are in need of prayer click the link to fill out an online prayer request.

“Too many individuals, families, churches, and communities want to keep God's law - and by extension God Himself - on the fringes of their lives. They want God to be accessible if there's a critical need or a tragedy, but they don't want to live in submission to His Word…God's kingdom agenda is the visible demonstration of the comprehensive rule of God over every area of life. If we want life to work the way God intended it, we've got to follow His plan instead of ours.” -Dr. Tony Evans

Picnic for 8 or 9

We all miss gathering together, so we invite you to connect with your church family and share a meal together, through Picnics for 8 or 9! These picnics give you the opportunity to meet someone new from the Olathe Campus or reconnect with friends outside the church walls. Each person will bring their own food, drink, blanket or chair and will agree on an outdoor space to meet. This could be a park, the church lawn, or in the yard of one of the participants.
