These prompts have been designed to help Community Groups grow in their relationship with God, with one another, and with their neighbors. Please know that these questions are meant to be a resource to you. You do not have to follow them verbatim or get through them all. We trust you to know your group and to ask the questions based on your group needs.
1) What stood out to you from the sermon?
2) Read Luke 16:10-12 and ask yourself: do my spending habits reflect the priorities of God’s Kingdom?
3) What are some ways we could each be creative with how we spend our money in order to build more capacity to give?
4) Let’s talk about our words. Read James 3:3-6. This week, have a conversation with someone you trust: family member, spouse, roommate - and ask them how well your words and speech honor Christ. What do you think the true answer is to that question?
5) Are there instances where you’ve seen shrewd solutions to urgent problems in the past year? Are there ways the church could be more shrewd?
