Wisdom for those on the frontlines of the response to COVID-19 and those creating a vaccine for the virus.
Safety for first responders as well as for those who work at hospitals, clinics and emergency rooms.
Wisdom for governmental leaders around the globe.
Protection for those vulnerable to contracting COVID-19.
Healing and well-being for those already infected with the virus.
Provision for those financially impacted by this crisis.
A spirit of peace to displace a spirit of fear. Lasting change in our nation and around the world to end racism, injustice and inequality.

Faith was no longer a legalistic code seeking behavior modification, but a living covenant that promised blessing, new life, a transformed life.
First, we recognize we are in need. (We are poor in spirit.)
Next, we repent of our self-sufficiency (we mourn over sin and its impact)
We quit calling the shots and surrender control to God (we’re meek – it does not lessen me to follow His will)
So grateful are we for his presence that we yearn for more of him (we hunger and thirst)
As we grow closer to him, we become more like him. We forgive others (we’re merciful).
We change our outlook (we’re pure in heart). We love others (we’re peacemakers).
We endure injustice (we’re persecuted).

If you’re going to enter the Kingdom and find true happiness, you’ve got to recognize that you have absolutely nothing to BRING TO THE TABLE, YOU ARE SPIRITUALLY BANKRUPT.
Poverty resulting from the lack of resources, which is neither a virtue or disgrace any more than great wealth, can not secure entrance into God's Kingdom.

KINGDOM OF HEAVEN – MORE THAN HEAVEN SOME DAY
Currently, Heaven is God’s space where full reality exists that is near (close by) our ordinary “earthly” reality and the two are interlocked.
One day they will be joined together in the promised New Heavens and New Earth
But now…the poor in spirit experience Kingdom blessing through relationship with God
