CrossFit - The Discipline of Meditation
Join us on Sundays, 10am, June 25 to September 24, for a new life lesson series, "CrossFit: The Path to Spiritual Growth". Join us as we learn about 12 spiritual disciplines that every Christian should daily implement in their life to get into "spiritual shape". These disciplines are based off a book, The Celebration of Discipline, by Richard Foster.

*Make it a PRIORITY. If God is first in your life, you should spend time with Him.
*Make a PLAN or make PREPARATIONS. Decide on a time daily that you can be alone and won't get interrupted. Make it known to those around you that you are not to be disturbed.
*Find a PLACE. One that is quite and free from distractions.
*POSTURE is important. Get comfortable. This may take a while.
