If you have an abundance of wealth on earth, remember you can’t take it with you.
Rewards Are Biblical – rewards are mentioned in the Bible – Old and New Testament over 71 verses.
So How Do We Get These Treasures/Rewards In Heaven and What Are They?
Christians will be judged at Rapture before the Judgment Seat of Christ often referred to as the Bema Seat (Greek for platform/step). Each believer will be judged on what works they did or did not do on earth to glorify Christ. Before the Judgment Seat of Christ there will be no appeal.
Remember Christ will judge our works NOT our salvation. As believers we have accepted Christ as our Savior and that is what allowed us to enter into Heaven. We are not saved by good works, but are saved for good works.
“Our eternal destination is the consequence of what we believe on earth. Our eternal compensation is the consequence of how we behave on earth.” -- Bruce Wilkinson
We will have many, many rewards in heaven. We will be there in heaven! We will be able to talk and walk with our Redeemer daily. We will have a new body and a place of our own. We will have our family and friends. We will have our work for Christ and our crowns…
The Five Crowns
The New Testament provides insight into what the crowns are that we “may” receive:
The Imperishable Crown (Victor’s Crown)
The Crown of Rejoicing (Soul-Winner’s Crown)
The Crown of Righteousness
The Crown of Life (Martyr’s Crown)
The Crown of Glory (Preacher’s Crown)
What Should We Do and Not Do to Receive the Crown(s)
DO: Remember the LORD Himself is our Chief Reward --- we will be with Him. Reflect upon the ultimate goal of any rewards we may receive and what to do with them.
OUR ULTIMATE REWARD is “Well Done! Thy Good and Faithful (DEVOTED) Servant!”
Dive Deeper
• Read and study the scripture from today’s message – especially what it means to be DEVOTED - FAITHFUL.
• Write down one ministry you want more information on and want to get involved – then ACT!
• Continuously pray for our church, our community, and our country.

Worship through giving

Scripture tells us that the things we spend our money on reveal what is in our heart (Matthew 6:21). We believe that cheerful and sacrificial giving of our finances to the work of the local church is one of the deepest expressions of worship that we can offer and shows that we truly want to love as Jesus loved. If you would like to support the King's work at KABC you can use the link below or text your contribution to (813) 737-0400
