Praise God! After having to forego our monthly mission trips to Tecate this year due to not having a vehicle, we are back in the business of taking the Gospel to “The Ends of the Earth.” You are invited to join the Tecate Mission team on Saturday, June 17th from 6:30 AM to approximately 3:00 PM to serve at a Children’s Outreach in Tecate, Mexico. If you have a valid passport and a willing heart to serve, we need you! Please see or contact Lisa Dela Cruz at 858-382-5618.

You are invited to join us for our Tabitha meeting Monday, June 19th at 6:30 PM in the E.C. Building. Learn to make plarn, write some encouraging notes, learn to sew bags or pillowcases, knit or crochet some hats etc…. If you have fabric, fleece or yarn to donate, we would love to take them off your hands. All ages welcome! If you have questions please contact Sylvia Pierce at sylpie@cox.net.

Everybody is welcome to join us on Tuesdays during the summer months at La Jolla Shores for LWC Beach Days, beginning Tuesday, June 20th. Beach Days are an all-day, unsupervised, “come and go” gathering. We will set up north of the lifeguard station. If you would like more information, please see Jeff Hudgins.

Join us Wednesday, June 21st for our first Potluck and Praise Night of the summer! The potluck will begin at 6:00 PM followed by a time of worship. Bring some food to share and a heart full of praise. If you can volunteer to help set up or clean up please contact the church office at 858-486-1441. If you play an instrument and would like to be a part of the praise team please see Jake Hale.

Summer camp will be July 10th – 14th at Ponderosa Pines Christian Camp in Running Springs, California and will cost $370 per student. We have a limited number of spots available so sign up and put your $50 deposit in now to guarantee your spot.
